Seep Monkey flower Erythranthe guttatus Part of a species complex, taking variable forms, making it a model organism for studies of evolution and ecology. There are both annual and perennial forms. It is common along river banks, streams, and other wet places in foothills and the Santa Ana Mtns. Plants can be erect or decumbent, the latter sometimes rooting at the nodes.
